How many people create jewelry for SpringDream?
One - myself.
Can I find your products in my local bridal store?
No, you cannot. I prefer to work with each person individually so that the shape, style, and materials fit your individual needs. By selling strictly online it allows me to keep up with new styles each season.
What payments do you accept?
Currently I am only accepting payments through Paypal (through the shopping cart), or by going directly through Paypal.com per customized invoice sent by myself of products not listed on the site. Paypal will accept Credit, Debit and Checking account withdrawals. However, if you choose Checking your item will not be shipped until after the payment has cleared. SpringDream does not retain any payment information; it is all handled through Paypal.
How long does it take to have a piece of jewelry created?
The time frame varies considerably depending on what you would like to have created. Clear crystals and freshwater pearls are always in stock, so if your order only has those materials it generally does not take longer than a week. If there are any materials that needs to be ordered the time may vary between two to three weeks depending on where the beads come from.
How do you make something especially for me?
The custom creation process varies from one person to the next. If you have a picture of your dress, your expected hairstyle the day of the occasion, etc. those greatly assist in the process. Also, if you have ideas of your own that you’d like to share I would love to use them in the process.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is FREE via USPS First Class mail to the US and Canada. Insurance is optional upon your request and you must specify this so that we can charge accordingly. If you would prefer Priority Mail or Next Day the appropriate cost must be paid for the item to be shipped in the Shipping Options area. If you choose Next Day or Priority Mail shipping, please keep in mind that your item cannot be shipped this way until it is completed.
Do you accept returns?
At this time I do not accept returns. All pieces are custom made at the time of your order, specifically for your order. Due to this customization they are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable. However, I recognize that without being able to try it on to get the perfect fit then I amable to alter it in size to fit your specific frame. If this is needed please contact me so that I may make arrangements to have it altered to your liking and sent back.
